Step 1: Plug in to power up, to turn it on press for 4 seconds, and tap on the button to check the battery status (First Time Charge It Fully Up To 90 Min).
Step 2: Use TEREA sticks Remember – only use TEREA sticks, slide to open the cap and insert the sticks, press on the button to start pre-heating 1st vibration wait for 20 seconds, 2nd vibration – you’re good to go, how much of your TEREA experience is left? It’s easy 4 lights = 100%, 3 lights = 75%, 2 lights = 50%, 1 light = 25%, vibration = 2 puffs or 30 secs left.
Step 3: What’s next, another TEREA stick or time to charge or simply slide the cap closed then you’re done.
